The Sheets irrigating vectus combines a 21-gauge thin-wall shaft with a 6 × 9mm loop and three strategically positioned irrigating ports (at 12, 9, and 3 o'clock positions) for comprehensive fluid management during anterior segment surgery and corneal work. Serrations on the vectus top prevent tissue slippage while irrigation flows, and the compact 32mm shaft-to-hub length supports excellent control during corneal and limbal procedures. This geometry is optimized for MICS and small-incision cataract work.
