Used to score and tear the anterior capsule in cataract surgery, this Nevyas cystotome features a 22‑gauge double‑sharp tip with sharp front and back edges. The bidirectional cutting allows the surgeon to puncture and propagate the capsulotomy in either direction without repositioning. A 48mm polished shaft supports tactile control through small paracentesis incisions.
