The Barraquer Colibri forceps in titanium combines 0.12mm 1 × 2 interlocking teeth with 6mm tying platforms for delicate tissue grasping and suture tying during ophthalmic microsurgery. The fine angled tips engage conjunctiva, sclera, and corneal tissue without crush, while the 6mm platforms hold suture securely during knot tying. The square grip flat handle preserves fingertip control across long microsurgical sequences.
